i have found that for a traditional wedding day, i need a minimum of 8 hours to capture the full story of your day with a stress-free timeline.

i include an engagement session complimentary because this is my opportunity to get to know you and you two as a couple and empower you to feel comfortable in front of the camera.

I’m so glad you contacted me! Enjoy this new season of engagement! Plan and prepare but always remember that when it’s all said and done, all the food, the florals and the details will fade away. Once your the last song is played and you exit your reception, you’ll begin your new chapter as husband and wife and you’ll have your photos to remember the day it all began. Congratulations on your engagement and I look forward to hearing from you!

I typically average 75-100 final images per hour that I'm actively shooting throughout the day. This estimate is normally on the lower side since I tend to be a bit of an over-shooter. I love delivering my client’s files quickly and easily via an online gallery. You will have the ability to print, share and download your images as much as you want. I believe in freely sharing my work because that is what I would want if I were in your shoes!

weddings are not one size fits all experience and each couple that i photograph are unique.  After I receive your initial inquiry, the next step is for us to talk and get to know each other.   let's chat about your wedding plans, and ensure that we are a good fit for each other. we could do this over the phone or meet for coffee one morning.  i want you to be confident that you have chosen the right photographer for your wedding.

Once you approve your custom proposal, I receive your signed contract and your deposit is paid, You're officially an Amy Beckley Bride and your date is now reserved on my calendar. 

Your engagement session is where we truly begin the wedding day process.  i'll send you a planning guide as well as a questionnaire to begin planning your session.  we'll then choose the perfect location that represents the two of you and we'll spend an hour together to shoot your engagement photos! Your only job during our session is to love each other - I will coach you through posing for the entire shoot. This is a time for us to get to know one another, get comfortable working together and allow you to spend time together in front of the camera with no stress!

As your wedding day approaches, I will be available to help with anything you need. I will also send over a timeline guide to help maximize your time with me. .That way, you can wake up on your wedding day entirely stress free and ready to marry that man of your dreams

Now it's time to enjoy the day you've been planning for your whole life. It's going to be a blur and go by super fast. I strive to make everything fun, easy and stress-free as possible. By this point, we will be like besties. I'll be with you more than your future husband on the day of the wedding. 

I'll be just as excited to see your wedding day images as you are!  Most of my couples will see a sneak peek of images before they leave for their honeymoon!  

Within 4-6 weeks post wedding you'll receive your wedding day gallery, through your client portal. Your beautifully displayed online gallery is where you are able to download, share and print all of the high-resolution digital files., you also receive a little gift from me. :)

I love being both interactive and discrete throughout the wedding day. There will be parts of the wedding day when I will need to be in control in order to accomplish everything that needs to be done in order to keep everyone on schedule. There will also be moments when you shouldn’t even know that I’m there. (The ceremony, during dances and toasts, etc.) I teach my couples how to pose and interact during their engagement session so they are naturals on the wedding day and don’t need quite as much instruction from me!
I also believe in timeless, classic editing. As far as editing, my desire is that your wedding day images reflect how the day truly looked.  I tend to stay away from trendy editing styles that change often. I've been a photographer for over 20 years and I've seen trends come and go.  Classic and timeless will never go out of style.
