A Mississippi Spring Wedding – April 1, 2023
It seems like yesterday I was taking Rhianna’s Senior Portraits and now her WEDDING! I was so honored that Rhianna and Ethan chose me to capture their wedding day. I knew immediately during their Engagement Session that these two have a special relationship. They are the most precious couple.
When I asked Rhianna what she loves most about Ethan, here was her response.
“Some of the things I love about Ethan is his sense of humor and his ability to make me laugh no matter what. I also love how passionate he is about his work and how focused he gets on projects. What I love most about Ethan, however, is his love for Christ and his continuous need to grow more in the Word, as well as hold me accountable along the way. His butt is pretty cute too…”
These two have been together since December 9, 2018 (the exact date) and they had so much fun planning their wedding. They describe themselves as playful and romantic and I believe their Wedding Day captured them to a T!
Ethan and Rhianna chose Ethan’s church for their ceremony and The Meridian Little Theater for their reception and when I say EVERY detail was carefully thought out I mean it. Surrounded by family and friends, this truly was a magical day filled with so much LOVE and so many great moments.
Ethan and Rhianna chose not to see each other before their ceremony but they did take a few moments for a First Touch and a sweet gift exchange. I usually encourage a First Look but they were adamant about NOT seeing each other and for them, I am so glad that they didn’t because when Rhianna came down the aisle, Ethan’s reaction had everyone tearing up. Including me!
After the ceremony, we headed out to take some portraits and headed over the The Meridian Little Theater for the reception! This has to be one of top FAVORITE receptions EVER! The dance floor stayed full as they danced and celebrated. Sparklers at the end of the night finished off the day. I was so tired afterwards but I know I smiled all the way home.
