I can’t believe it’s already time for another group of seniors. The Class of 2022 was amazing and I got to capture and get to know some AMAZING young adults. Every single one of them left a memory for me. Being able to spend time with them and listening to their plans for college and the future was so inspiring and then taking all of that excitement and putting that into their photos….I could go on and on. Years ago I never would have dreamed that I would love shooting seniors so much but I do! They inspire me and they push me creatively. I strive to make every single session unique and special and I strive to bring out those qualities in every senior that I capture.
I can’t believe that I captured my first Class of 2023 senior on Monday. Last year I didn’t even begin my senior sessions until late August and this year, I already have 8 seniors booked for the month of June. I only have 2 open dates this month and 1 for July! So book early!
Now to this beautiful girl….. About 30 minutes into our session, Brelyn’s mom asked me if I knew how long I’ve been photographing her and then reminded me that I took her newborn photos. WHAT?!?! I guess I need to go out and dig through my box (very unorganized) of CD/DVD’s and dig those out sometime. Brelyn has become such an amazing, talented and beautiful girl. She’s taken dance since she was a little girl and everything she does revolves around her passion. I’m so happy that she wanted to incorporate that into her session. As usual, she totally killed it!
